Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • No processing or shipping occurs from Friday at 12:00 PM EST through Sunday, or on Canadian holidays.
  • High order volumes may result in additional processing time.


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS courier. (or Canada Post for certain regions)

Flat Rate Shipping

  • $25.00 for orders over $250.00
  • $22.00 for orders over $500.00


 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.


 

Damaged Shipments

The BLG Merchandise Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. File a claim directly with the carrier.
  2. Save all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.


 

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries

  • We attempt to validate all shipping addresses at checkout.
  • If an address cannot be verified, we will contact you for an update. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
  • The BLG Merchandise Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages that cannot be recovered.


 

Missing or Stolen Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately:

We will file a claim with the carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved.  A replacement or refund will be issued once the investigation is complete.
Please allow up to 31 days for resolution.
